vintage metal fun

i'm currently obsessed with vintage metal and wire items; baskets, bins, screens, boxes, etc - so these "anatomically correct" hands really got my attention. talk about unique wall art!

an early 1800s watercolor

came across this little beauty at a local antique store. love it! especially the eyes and the whimsical quality. the chippy frame is awesome, too. it's out of my price range now, but i do have a birthday coming up [cough].

a little shop update!

added some fun new items to the shop, including this mirrored vanity tray, which I'm loving. it's tough to photograph mirrors. i tried not to get myself stuck in the reflection.
