well, i'll miss them but the globe bookends are off to their new home, thanks in part to being featured in this fabulous article on cottage style. such great style! i LOVE the porch!i always combine shiny industrial pieces with old wooden pieces, and this pretty silver photo/ornament holder has the nicest design - i can picture it holding special holiday ornaments on a mantle or desk. it's like a modern silver christmas tree!
